Copying and printing

A copy card dispenser is located in room G 272.1, vis-à-vis left the library entrance. Also the InfoDesk sells copy cards.

Documents may be printed with the printers listed above. The printouts are debited to the user's copy card.

After sending the print job you can print it out by way of the Print Release Station (PRS) located at the printer:

if needed, reactivate screen by moving the mouse
Insert copy card into reader
Push OK (print jobs are listed)
Select your print jobs(s) using the mouse (selected jobs displayed with ✓)
Push Print: printing starts automatically for all selected jobs and the copy card is ejected

Important

The buttons of the reader are inactive – you can eject a card by pushing button End Session
Pushing Delete deletes all selected jobs (displayed with ✓). After 24h jobs are deleted by the system.
Pushing Refresh refreshes list of jobs

The PRS run during opening hours (8h00 - 20h00).

A4- and A3 color copies can be made on the color copier in room H 5.2
